What you will do

• Support daily operations and maintain efficient workflows across the Community Management department.
• Manage files, records, and digitize documents, including external staff contracts.
• Coordinate and publish department infomails and handle professional correspondence in English and German.
• Own and execute major projects, such as the annual Community Management Meeting and gift initiatives.
• Organize team events and manage appointments and deadlines to keep the team engaged.
• Plan and produce basic video clips for internal anniversaries and events.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a German college or university with at least 2 semesters remaining.
• Based in Hamburg or the surrounding area to support on-site events and projects.
• Fluent in English and German (minimum B2/C1 level).
• Available for approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility during peak months.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a self-organized working style.

Nice to have

• Experience with Photoshop or InDesign.
• Basic experience with AI tools for community tasks.
