What you will do

• Set up and maintain the project's Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Manage document flow, version control, and project records.
• Coordinate documentation requirements with clients, owner engineers, and suppliers.
• Ensure all documentation complies with project standards and regulations.
• Generate project reports and support quality assurance processes.
• Facilitate project closeout documentation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in document control for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in CDE platforms and document management systems.
• Strong understanding of engineering documentation processes.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• German language proficiency.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Strong coaching, moderation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in conducting negotiation talks.
