What you will do

• Build a new data lake in Databricks and connect existing systems as data sources.
• Develop an intelligence layer over the data lake to provide business insights.
• Create analytics and BI products using tools such as PowerBI and Sigma.
• Lead commercial product management including GTM strategy, pricing, and commercial modelling.
• Perform hands-on product and requirements analysis in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication.

Requirements

• Experience building greenfield data products, specifically with Databricks.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as PowerBI or Sigma.
• Strong background in commercial product management (value propositions, pricing).
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or Healthcare sectors.
• Specific industry experience in the dental field.
