What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end technical integration of weapon systems onto manned and UAV platforms.
• Validate aero-mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces between aircraft, stores management systems, and weapons.
• Develop and review Interface Control Documents (ICDs) based on MIL-STD-1760, MIL-STD-1553, Ethernet, and RS-485.
• Oversee carriage and release flight test activities and analyze data to resolve integration issues.
• Conduct feasibility studies and trade studies for new platform-weapon combinations.
• Define system architectures, functional flows, and operational concepts (CONOPS).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aeromechanical, system, or mechanical engineering.
• 8–12 years of solid experience in aircraft systems integration, specifically with weapon or mission systems.
• Proven expertise in system engineering logic protocols and documentation.
• Advanced knowledge in upgrading existing systems and integrating weapons into platforms.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Abu Dhabi to support ground and flight tests.
• Experience mentoring and supporting junior engineers.
