What you will do

• Lead the transition of GenAI pilots to production-ready solutions that generate measurable business value.
• Develop and improve GenAI applications, including agents and LLM integrations, focusing on reliability and performance.
• Evaluate and monitor GenAI behavior in production, including prompt performance and agent quality.
• Embed GenAI solutions into existing business processes to ensure adoption and trust.
• Ensure applications meet risk, compliance, and governance requirements through guardrails and responsible AI practices.
• Advise technical and non-technical stakeholders on the effective use of GenAI.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 or more years of relevant hands-on experience in the field of AI.
• Strong proficiency in writing clean, production-ready Python code.
• Proven experience with GenAI systems, including agent frameworks (e.g., Google ADK), RAG, and LLMOps.
• Solid data analysis skills using SQL and tools like PySpark or BigQuery.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams within an Agile Scrum environment.
