Requirements

• Significant experience in data science, AI/ML, NLP, or related quantitative fields.
• Strong expertise in modern data science methods, including machine learning, experimentation, and generative AI.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered products like LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Proven success leading and developing technical teams in complex environments.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and building production-ready AI systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into clear strategy.
