Salary: Basic wage from €48,000 gross

What you will do

• Develop and optimize layout concepts for systems and equipment in both retrofit and new-build projects.
• Act as a technical integrator for layout-related inputs and interfaces across various engineering disciplines.
• Coordinate layout data and design inputs with internal teams, suppliers, and international engineering partners.
• Prepare, update, and review key layout deliverables and 3D model content.
• Ensure plant maintainability, accessibility, and constructability within assigned project areas.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an international engineering environment to ensure project delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in plant/layout design for power, oil & gas, or industrial facilities.
• Proficiency in Aveva E3D (formerly PDMS), Revit, and Navisworks.
• Expertise in structural and mechanical design, piping routing, and equipment arrangement.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Milan, Italy.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of German or French.
