What you will do

• Design and develop scalable, reliable microservices and cloud-based solutions.
• Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Collaborate on resiliency and observability efforts across the platform.
• Participate in system design discussions and architectural decision-making.
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure service health.
• Conduct root cause analysis for performance and scalability issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ireland.
• Professional experience with Python or Golang.
• Hands-on experience with AWS serverless architecture (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, RDS).
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful API design.
• Experience with CI/CD systems like Jenkins.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability platforms like SumoLogic or New Relic.
• Proven experience championing Continuous Delivery best practices.
• Experience working within Agile software development frameworks.
