What you will do

• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of hirify.global servers and systems on-site and remotely.
• Lead preventive maintenance and ensure SLA compliance.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues and provide Level 2 support to partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop service programs and train engineers and customers.
• Conduct lab simulations to replicate and resolve field issues.
• Manage service tickets and document fault triage and knowledge base content.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting complex server, storage, and networking environments.
• Strong knowledge of GPU platforms, BIOS/UEFI, storage protocols, Layer 3 networking, and firmware.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux environments and BMC tools.
• English: Full professional proficiency required
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
