What you will do

• Act as the lead architect and developer for EW Command and Control (C2), ensuring integration between EW subsystems and the command stack.
• Lead the development of TypeScript-based UX integrations and high-performance C++ data post-processing.
• Develop algorithms for sensor fusion to provide unified situational awareness and design visualization tools for RF telemetry.
• Serve as the technical bridge between the EW core system and the C2 system to ensure accurate user models.
• Define the EW software C2 roadmap and recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team.
• Define and implement rigorous integration testing protocols for contested, real-world EW environments.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in modern software development, specifically TypeScript and C++.
• Strong understanding of system-level architecture, including both backend and frontend development.
• Proven experience in complex system-level development and managing performance/memory tradeoffs.
• Ability to communicate structured technical visions to stakeholders and lead engineering teams.
• Location: Must be based in Berlin

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of RF or Physics paired with professional software engineering experience.
• Prior experience with defense command and control software or tactical data links.
• Hands-on experience with jamming theory, threat-driven RF effects, or EW tactics.
• Background in Radar, EW-sensors, Software Defined Radio (SDR), or complex wave propagation.
• Familiarity with advanced data visualization frameworks for real-time telemetry.
