TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own technical adoption, onboarding, and integration of Rabbit for a portfolio of enterprise GCP customers.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues across data anomalies, pipelines, and BigQuery cost questions.
  • Advise customers on GCP cost strategies, including reservation models, slot management, and billing mechanics.
  • Run technical Q&A sessions, troubleshooting sessions, and hands-on workshops with customer teams.
  • Relay field signal to Product and Engineering teams to shape the platform roadmap.
  • Build custom technical solutions to bridge specific customer needs when platform gaps exist.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing engineering role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, TAM).
  • Deep expertise in BigQuery (slots, reservations, pricing models, INFORMATION_SCHEMA, query optimization).
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in at least one backend programming language.
  • Hands-on experience managing production workloads on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Ability to lead technical conversations with enterprise teams independently.
  • Proficiency with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) in production environments.

Nice to have

  • Background in FinOps or cloud billing optimization.
  • Familiarity with BigQuery reservation models and workload management.
  • Infrastructure-as-code experience using Terraform on GCP.
