What you will do

• Lead quality planning and assurance for new product introductions, process transfers, and manufacturing operations.
• Drive implementation and continuous improvement of AIAG core tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Establish and monitor key quality metrics and trends to support data-driven decision making.
• Ensure robust inspection and validation processes through review of drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
• Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality systems and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) and quality systems.
• Experience in root cause analysis, CAPA, audits, and customer or supplier quality management.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or similar systems.
