What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize user interfaces across company websites using React and Next.js.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure accurate implementation of visual design and functionality.
• Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) for SEO and performance.
• Lead and mentor a sub-team through technical guidance, coaching, and performance management.
• Conduct code reviews and promote best practices to ensure clean, maintainable code.
• Research and evaluate AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in web development, including 2+ years in a technical supervisory role.
• Native or near-native English proficiency (C2).
• Must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in Cyprus.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React lifecycle, and Next.js (routing, API routes, middleware).
• Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and styling methodologies like Tailwind and SCSS.

Nice to have

• Basic working knowledge of backend technologies such as PHP or Python.
• Familiarity with headless CMS integration and SEO best practices.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and modern workflows.
