What you will do

• Develop scalable and maintainable frontend architecture using React.js and Next.js.
• Implement and optimize reusable UI components using Fluent UI.
• Collaborate with UX designers to ensure consistent and user-friendly component designs.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Optimize components for maximum performance and reusability.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 3 years in a middle or a senior role.
• Extensive experience with React.js, including hooks and context API.
• Strong knowledge of Next.js and its features for server-side rendering and static site generation.
• Proficiency in working with Fluent UI or similar component libraries.
• Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable component libraries.
• Excellent problem-solving and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with micro frontends architecture.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-driven development.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and build tools.
