Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Maintain and develop key, highly profitable affiliate partners and attract strategic traffic sources.
• Conduct complex negotiations and customize partnership terms.
• Analyze traffic performance and scale profitable partnerships using CPA, RevShare, and hybrid models.
• Implement expert anti-fraud control and manage non-standard traffic.
• Launch and develop new GEOs and acquisition channels.
• Support middle and junior managers on complex issues upon request from the Team Lead.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming sector with proven scaling results.
• Existing Tier 2-3 affiliate base.
• Deep understanding of key metrics: FD, RD, R2D, LTV, and Churn.
• English: B2 level required.
• Experience presenting affiliate programs at conferences and knowledge of regulatory requirements in key GEOs.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Tableau analytical tools and predictive modeling.
• Experience in sales.
