Location: Based in Beijing, China. Must be within commutable distance to the Haidian office (3+ days per week) and possess the right to work and live in China.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end submission and peer review process with prompt in-house processing.
• Maintain the highest levels of publication ethics and integrity standards on the journal.
• Provide timely, friendly, and professional communication to authors.
• Collaborate with Publishers and Commissioning Editors to support overall journal growth and development.

Requirements

• Relevant Science, Technology, and Medicine (STM) knowledge and academic publishing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Strong understanding of gold standards in academic research and publication ethics.
• Ability to evaluate the scientific rigor and integrity of manuscripts.
• Must have the right to work and live in China.
• Must be based in Beijing or within commutable distance to the Haidian office to work in-person 3+ days per week.
