What you will do

• Design and deliver IRCA and non-IRCA training programs for public and in-company courses.
• Conduct business assurance assessments within your area of specialism.

• Promote additional value-added services to clients during engagements.
• Provide feedback and insights from clients to internal teams.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject with a recognized qualification in training design and delivery.
• Academic background in food or dairy technology.
• Expertise in ISO 22000, FSSC, BRCGS, or GMP management systems.
• Proven experience as a lead auditor or trainer in food safety standards.
• Proficiency in virtual training tools including Zoom, MS Teams, and Webex.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of client organizations.
