What you will do

• Design, organize, and deliver technical training classes for manufacturing and process engineering staff.
• Develop and manage technical training documentation, including schematics and visual aids.
• Coordinate the creation and implementation of training plans tailored to specific organizational needs.
• Collaborate with engineers and managers to ensure training content aligns with operational objectives.
• Establish and maintain processes for tracking training records, completion metrics, and compliance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on performance data.

Requirements

• Technical Diploma required.
• Professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Experience in developing training plans and delivering technical training using Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to create technical documentation using schematics and visual aids.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with training record tracking systems.
• Must be able to work on-site in Kulim, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in manufacturing or process engineering environments (Prep/Die Sort/Assembly Test).
• TTT (Train the Trainer) certification.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 or IATF16949 standards.
• Strong facilitation and group problem-solving skills.
