What you will do

  • Assist with the migration of French-language website content into the new digital experience platform.
  • Conduct linguistic quality assurance, functional testing, and user acceptance testing for web pages and assets.
  • Ensure compliance with French (Canada) style guidelines and terminology across all content types.
  • Identify content gaps and refine French-language materials to improve clarity and cultural relevance.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX and SEO teams to optimize metadata and on-page parameters.
  • Track and report on migration progress, quality metrics, and remediation plans.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native proficiency in French (Canada).
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Minimum three years of experience in localization, website management, or digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in website migration or CMS implementation.
  • Strong understanding of localization workflows and terminology management.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or mission-driven nonprofit organizations.
  • Knowledge of Catholic Church terminology and faith-based communications.
  • Experience with Optimizely, Marketo, or enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Master’s degree in Localization, International Marketing, or Digital Strategy.
