What you will do

• Develop inventory policies and create integrated production and raw material plans aligned with demand and plant capacity.
• Coordinate with regional planning teams to ensure alignment on strategy and short- to long-term planning processes.
• Provide monthly SKU-level supply confirmations and maintain communication with customer markets and suppliers.
• Report on production status and product allocation to support export and logistics teams.
• Drive ongoing process and tool improvements to enhance inventory quality for finished goods and raw materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supply chain or related role.
• English proficiency: Intermediate level required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Advanced English proficiency.
• 1+ year of direct experience in planning.
• Specialization or further education in Engineering or Supply Chain.
• Advanced Excel skills.
