What you will do

• Define reference data architecture and standards for ingestion, transformation, and storage on AWS.
• Establish standards for data modeling, naming conventions, lineage, and technical documentation.
• Design and implement dbt models and Airflow pipelines supporting analytical workloads on Redshift.
• Develop data testing and quality strategies using Elementary Data and similar tools.
• Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical decision-making across the data ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align technical solutions in complex environments.

Requirements

• Experience working on production data platforms at scale.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or large enterprises with high organizational complexity.
• Strong ability to design architectures and propose solutions to complex data problems.
• Hands-on experience with dbt, Airflow, Amazon Redshift, Amazon S3, and SQL.
• Experience implementing data testing and observability practices (e.g., Elementary Data, Great Expectations).
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
