What you will do

• Lead cross-functional initiatives for QC oversight of the gummy compounding process.
• Perform in-process and post-production quality checks, including testing and suite assessments.
• Manage escalations of compounding challenges and support non-conformance investigations.
• Document and review records, including SOP generation and batch record reviews.
• Assist in internal and third-party audit activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide trending data and reports to QA management to drive process improvements.

Requirements

• B.S. in chemistry, microbiology, biology, quality management, engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance/control or process engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in gummy formulation or process control in a regulated environment.
• Pharmacy Technician license or ability to obtain one within six months.
• Working knowledge of USP-NF standards <795> and <800>.
• Ability to work on-site in Mesa, Arizona, and handle Hazardous Drugs (HD) with required PPE.
