Salary: $112,710.00 - $183,140.00

What you will do
- Design and implement robust content models, components, and experience composition patterns within the DXP to support scalable digital content.
- Establish and govern content model standards, including naming conventions, taxonomy, and reuse guidelines.
- Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate headless content into user-facing experiences using Next.js or similar frameworks.
- Integrate the DXP with external systems such as e-commerce, DAM, PIM, and personalization engines via APIs and connectors.
- Lead the agile development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, automated testing, and continuous integration.
- Troubleshoot complex DXP environment issues and optimize content retrieval and delivery performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience developing for a CMS (Content Management System) or DXP (Digital Experience Platform).
- Hands-on experience with Adobe AEM, Optimizely, Uniform, or Sitecore.
- Strong proficiency in both functional and technical coding skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
