What you will do

• Design and implement complex firmware features from concept to production.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and design modular software components.
• Write efficient, maintainable code and drive test automation.
• Investigate and resolve difficult system-level issues to ensure product reliability.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical advice.
• Prototype new ideas to enhance product functionality and developer efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in C and C++ for embedded systems.
• Solid understanding of RTOS and hardware/software constraints.
• Experience with Zephyr RTOS and the Twister test framework.
• Experience with ARM Cortex-M or RISC-V architectures.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work on-site in the Krakow office at least 3 days a week.
