What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain gameplay features and systems using Roblox and Lua.
• Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable Lua-based solutions.
• Collaborate with game designers and artists to translate creative visions into high-quality in-game features.
• Integrate and iterate on gameplay mechanics, character behavior, AI, UI, and camera systems.
• Debug, profile, and optimize gameplay systems to meet performance and memory targets.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience working with Roblox Studio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Games, or related fields.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Basic knowledge of rigging and animation.
• Experience with HTTP/JSON on the client side.
• Familiarity with Roblox plugins and Kanban methodologies (ClickUp, Jira, Trello).
