What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize high-quality gameplay experiences using clean, scalable Luau code.
• Translate creative vision and project KPIs into interactive, data-driven gameplay mechanics.
• Lead development cycles from concept to execution while maintaining industry standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, artists, and QA to implement UI/UX and interactive elements.
• Ensure seamless performance and consistency across PC, mobile, and console platforms.
• Utilize advanced Roblox services like MemoryStoreService and StreamingEnabled for robust system architecture.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of Roblox development experience, including at least 2+ years of professional Luau programming.
• Advanced proficiency in Roblox Studio, CFrame manipulation, and object-oriented programming.
• Strong understanding of backend services, including datastores and efficient data handling.
• Experience with version control workflows using GitHub and Rojo.
• Must be based in the United States and capable of working in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
