What you will do

  • Manage the IDPS (hirify.global Data Protection Service) and SDM teams to build and scale security guardrails.
  • Develop customer-driven data security software products and DSPM solutions.
  • Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and career development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Security Specialists, Program Managers, and Business Analysts.
  • Manage operational health and on-call rotations for critical tier 1 and tier 2 services.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Petach Tikva, Israel
  • 3+ years of managerial experience leading software engineering teams.
  • 8-12 years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Java and Back-End development.
  • Strong knowledge of AI, specifically classification algorithms.
  • Professional proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Go.
  • Experience with security and cryptography.
