TL;DR
Post Doctoral Research Associate in Law (Academic): Conducting interdisciplinary research on online harms and women's safety with an accent on grant bidding, publication, and knowledge exchange. Location: Must be based in the UK with a hybrid working pattern (1-2 days per week in the Milton Keynes office).
Salary: £38,784 – £46,049 per annum.

What you will do
- Build and support the Centre’s research culture through collaborative initiatives.
- Initiate and contribute to innovative funding bids in partnership with other researchers.
- Support the development of funding applications, including literature reviews and impact planning.
- Produce high-quality research outputs, including presentations and academic publications.
- Facilitate knowledge exchange activities and maintain academic networks.
- Assist in the delivery of the University’s research and knowledge exchange strategy.
Requirements
- Completed PhD in Law or a related field (or submitted and awaiting viva).
- Expertise in legal research methods and empirical research.
- Knowledge of critical and feminist approaches to gendered violence.
- Familiarity with research on online environments and social media.
- Proven potential for securing external research funding.
- Experience with data management and research software such as NVivo, SPSS, or Qualtrics.
Nice to have
- Experience working with external organizations from culturally diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in cross-disciplinary research teams.
- Previous experience in PhD supervision.
