What you will do

• Secure and invite high-quality peer reviewers for specific manuscripts to ensure timely reports.
• Perform editorial triage on new submissions to determine suitability for the journal.
• Manage the peer-review pipeline and support external Editors with decision-making.
• Implement new policies into the journal workflow related to peer-reviewing.
• Collaborate with Production and Journal Editorial offices on journal-related issues.
• Uphold journal reputation through strict policy adherence and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree as a minimum in a Computer Science subject area.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning ability.
• Deep understanding of the scientific research community and its needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Nice to have

• Experience as a peer reviewer or author.
• Proven journal publication history.
• Experience working within a professional research environment.
• Understanding of Open Access publishing.
