What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations and engagement campaigns for a large online merchant community.
• Develop and scale ambassador, advocate, and community leadership programs to empower top contributors.
• Monitor community sentiment and lead crisis management efforts to protect and strengthen brand trust.
• Gather actionable merchant feedback and partner with Product and Support teams to influence decision-making.
• Create engaging community content and organize virtual events, webinars, and workshops.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Education, and Operations to coordinate communications for launches.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Community Management, Customer Marketing, Customer Success, or Social Media.
• Proven experience managing online communities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive community conversations and escalations with professionalism.
• Comfortable analyzing data and using insights to drive strategic decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
