What you will do

• Own and evolve the CRM architecture, including Custom Objects, Association Labels, and complex data models.
• Build advanced workflow automation utilizing JavaScript Custom Code Actions and multi-level approval chains.
• Develop and maintain React-based UI Extensions (CPQ tools, deal configuration) via HubSpot Serverless Functions.
• Manage an external HubSpot CMS-based Partner Portal with custom membership logic and HubDB content.
• Extend and support API integrations with external systems including ERP, LMS, and AI services.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all configurations, custom code, and integrations.

Requirements

• Professional experience deeply embedded within the HubSpot ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM configuration (Custom Objects, Workflows) and CMS development (HubL, JS, CSS).
• Solid React.js skills for the development of UI and CRM extensions.
• Experience with HubSpot API (v3/v4) and Serverless Functions.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Location: Based in the Bayern region (Remote Bayern).

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Experience with AI integrations (OpenAI API, automated enrichment).
• Relevant HubSpot certifications (Solutions Architect, CMS Developer).
• Experience integrating HubSpot with legacy ERP/CRM systems.
