Location: Hybrid / On-site in Brașov, Romania

hirify.global specialises in the development, design, and production of small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS) for clients in defence, security, and public sectors.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting activities from job posting to offer management across various functions.
  • Provide operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Build, standardize, and improve HR and recruiting processes to support organizational growth.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related topics.
  • Draft employment contracts and ensure full compliance with local Romanian labor regulations.
  • Contribute to employer branding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Romanian labor law and HR administrative processes.
  • Fluency in Romanian and very good written/spoken English skills.
  • Experience building HR processes in a growing or production-oriented organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a pragmatic, hands-on working style.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from Brașov, Romania.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Ukrainian or other Slavic languages.
