Solution Engineer Manager (Networking)

What you will do

• Provide technical qualification and own the technical components of customer proposals based on hirify.global's portfolio.
• Design complex network solutions involving multiple internal and external parties and 3rd party vendors.
• Build comprehensive business cases including infrastructure solutions and pricing, securing stakeholder approval.
• Hand over designed solutions to the Delivery organization to ensure successful implementation.
• Promote product enhancements and new solutions through customer meetings and workshops.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop technical account strategies for long-term growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco, HPE, or equivalent OEM providers.
• Expertise in IP MPLS and SD-WAN with leading vendors.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, switching, routing protocols, and SASE.
• Experience with solution design, BOM creation, and pricing tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud networking and SASE concepts.
• Knowledge of aviation industry technologies.
• Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE) or Versa SD-WAN certifications.
