What you will do

• Research and implement end-to-end scalable machine learning and data science solutions for pricing systems.
• Apply causal inference, operations research, and optimization methods to steer business performance.
• Design success metrics for both short-term and long-term performance and measure results via AB testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of scientists, engineers, and product managers to turn innovative ideas into production solutions.
• Articulate technical solutions and strategic plans to stakeholders based on business requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience and an advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Expertise in machine learning, causal inference, and operations research.
• Proficiency in Python or Scala and experience with the big data ecosystem (Hadoop/Spark).
• Ability to analyze complex datasets to generate insights that guide solution development.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Prior experience in pricing.
• Experience with large-scale marketplace experiment design and analysis.
