What you will do

• Perform quality and NIM job audits to ensure efficient and cost-effective route work.
• Assist mechanics with troubleshooting and provide on-the-job technical training.
• Analyze accounting reports to review route profitability and reduce call-backs.
• Provide technical input to sales staff for bidding repair work, including labor and material costs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local elevator industry codes.
• Manage the ordering of necessary materials and parts for repairs.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of the construction industry and general management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree OR 2 years of experience managing at a branch departmental level.
• Ability to write professional reports, contract proposals, and business correspondence.
• Capacity to interpret complex technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
• Ability to collect data and establish facts to draw valid conclusions.
