What you will do

• Research customer business problems and iterate on solution approaches to improve customer experience.
• Work daily with the Small Medium Business Sales Team to drive new revenue.
• Lead technical discussions and product presentations for both CEO-level and IT-admin audiences.
• Run demos across hirify.global offerings, including hirify.global AI, hirify.global Web, Mobile, Relay, Governance, Platform, and custom API-based apps.
• Develop deep expertise in the hirify.global platform, Cloud Content Management, and hirify.global’s solution model.
• Act as the voice of the customer by interfacing directly with Product on feature requests.

Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant sales, technical, or customer-facing experience, ideally in a SaaS and/or ECM environment.
• Comfort discussing LLMs, embeddings, automation, and context/prompt engineering concepts with technical and business audiences.
• Ability to learn, understand, and communicate complex technical concepts and demonstrate business value.
• Experience leading strategic and complex customer engagements.
• Technically adept with experience in web technologies and APIs.
