What you will do

• Perform manual masking and de-masking of complex aerospace components and actuators.
• Execute manual paint spraying including primer coats, basecoats, and lacquers.
• Set up and maintain paint equipment and viscosity measurement tools.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure 100% compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Manage batch control for traceability and audit purposes.
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and operational instructions.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience in automotive or aerospace paint spraying is highly advantageous.
• Commitment to maintaining quality standards under pressure.
