What you will do

• Assess and document the current IBM FileNet environment, including infrastructure, applications, integrations, and custom components.
• Define target architecture and an upgrade strategy for the ECM platform.
• Design and implement new FileNet environments (DEV, UAT, PRD), including installation, configuration, and optimization of platform components.
• Lead migrations for content repositories, metadata, workflows, security configurations, and integrations while ensuring compatibility with existing business applications.
• Coordinate technical activities across infrastructure, network, security, compliance, and testing; support integration, performance, failover, and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain technical documentation (architecture, migration plans, operational procedures) and support production cutover and post-go-live stabilization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM FileNet platforms.
• Proven experience delivering IBM FileNet upgrade, migration, or implementation projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of IBM Content Platform Engine (CPE) and IBM Content Navigator (ICN), plus experience with IBM Content Search Services.
• Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server administration and configuration, including LDAP/Active Directory integration.
• Understanding of FileNet object stores, document classes, metadata models, workflows, and security architecture, including high-availability and clustered environments.
• Knowledge of database platforms such as Oracle, DB2, or Microsoft SQL Server; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
