What you will do

• Support and maintain Python-based applications in production environments.
• Develop new functionalities and improve existing business and financial calculation frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Promote development best practices, quality standards, and testing approaches among citizen developers.
• Extend and maintain automated integration and testing frameworks.
• Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices to enhance software delivery reliability.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Python development.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in test automation and software quality practices.
• Strong proficiency in Django, Django ORM, SQLAlchemy, Pandas, and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of BDD, CI/CD, and DevOps principles.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Must be able to work onsite in Luxembourg.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial sector or with financial reporting systems.
• Experience mentoring developers and promoting engineering best practices.
• Knowledge of cloud-based architectures.
