What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of applications and initiatives from planning to production support.
  • Coordinate development activities and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Drive technical and organizational improvements to enhance team efficiency and delivery quality.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and business stakeholders to align objectives.
  • Support technical decision-making and contribute to architectural discussions.
  • Promote Agile and Kanban best practices, including flow optimization and work prioritization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Team Lead, Technical Lead, or Engineering Lead.
  • Strong background in software engineering with hands-on experience in Java and/or React.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience managing technical migrations or platform transformations.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in large enterprise or institutional environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures.
  • Agile, Scrum, or Kanban certifications.
