What you will do

• Analyze and document current business processes and system functionalities.
• Design and document future processes and target operating models.
• Gather and formalize business requirements for IT developments and system enhancements.
• Produce and maintain project documentation including user stories, business cases, and test cases.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support reporting and analysis activities using Power BI.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Luxembourg.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale IT projects in financial or institutional environments.
• Strong background in system migration, modernization, or integration projects.
• Proficiency in requirements engineering, process modeling, and software testing.
• Good knowledge of Power BI and reporting concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in advisory or consulting environments.
• Knowledge of financial products, lending processes, or investment systems.
• Experience working within European institutions.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• French language proficiency.
