What you will do
- Develop and implement IT general control (ITGC) oversight and technology governance frameworks.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to assess risks in system and process changes.
- Lead the end-to-end vendor management lifecycle, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze purchasing data and drive digital transformation initiatives across the Procure-to-Pay process.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing governance reporting and evidence gathering.
- Embed a strong risk culture across operational and technology functions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT risk management, operational risk, IT audit, or technology governance.
- Strong understanding of IT general controls, change management, and operational resilience frameworks.
- Experience working in financial services, fintech, or crypto organizations.
- Ability to translate complex operational risks into practical recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulatory expectations such as MiCAR, DORA, or PSD2.
- Must be based in Ireland to fulfill regional operational requirements.
