What you will do

• Design and implement secure, scalable Data Center solutions, including compute, storage, and networking components.
• Architect and optimize virtualized environments using VMware products such as vSphere, vCenter, NSX, and vSAN.
• Develop comprehensive network designs ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with application requirements and business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership during incidents, troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues to drive resolution.
• Establish best practices and standards for infrastructure design, deployment, and management.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in infrastructure or network engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in advanced automation delivery.
• Expertise in HCI and Private Cloud, specifically VMware VCD and Nutanix NCP.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform, Infrastructure-as-Code, and multi-vendor network automation.
• Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms, networking, security, and IAM.
• Must be based in Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.
