Senior Software Solution Designer (Telecommunications)

Location: Must be based in Slovakia (Hybrid work model in Košice).

Salary: From €2,500/month (gross).

What you will do

• Translate business needs into detailed, development-ready user stories and functional requirements.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical engineering teams.
• Design and document system processes using UML and BPMN notations.
• Analyze microservices architecture and align REST API mappings for complex IT landscapes.
• Identify and manage critical non-functional requirements to ensure system performance and quality.
• Collaborate with system engineers and DevOps teams to enable a continuous delivery pipeline.

Requirements

• Must be based in Slovakia due to taxation regulations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Designer in international projects.
• Proficiency in UML, BPMN, and SQL.
• Experience with microservices architecture and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• English: B2 level required for international collaboration.
• Master’s degree in Information Technologies.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the German language.
• Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Programming experience in Java or JavaScript (Angular).
• Familiarity with Postman or Swagger.
