What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize ML models for ad ranking, conversion prediction, and bidding.
• Build solutions for mobile app-install advertising, post-install event optimization, and ROAS-driven campaigns.
• Improve campaign delivery, budget allocation, and advertiser performance through data-driven optimization.
• Design and execute online A/B tests to measure the impact of algorithmic improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate business objectives into scalable ML solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing machine learning, ranking, recommendation, or advertising systems.
• Hands-on experience with mobile app-install advertising and performance marketing platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, Java, or Go.
• Experience deploying models into large-scale, production-grade online serving environments.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of CTR/CVR prediction, auction optimization, and budget pacing.
• Familiarity with RTB systems, LTV modeling, and ROAS optimization.
• Experience building ML solutions for high-throughput, low-latency environments.
• Professional background in AdTech, gaming, e-commerce, or recommendation platforms.
