What you will do

• Coordinate with domestic and international partners, creators, and internal stakeholders.
• Support partnership development, alliance management, and follow-up actions.
• Assist with contract drafting, review coordination, and administrative processes.
• Manage project timelines, meeting logistics, and operational workflows.
• Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and business reports.
• Collaborate with global teams in English to ensure regional alignment.

Requirements

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills required.
• Must be based in Japan with availability for weekday daytime meetings.
• 4-5 years of professional business experience.
• Experience coordinating with partners, vendors, or external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting contract-related processes and business operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
