What you will do

• Plan and execute actions to recover outstanding payments and monitor non-performing loans.
• Communicate with delinquent borrowers to establish and maintain repayment plans.
• Negotiate payment terms and settlement timelines as needed.
• Document all relevant information from customer interactions accurately.
• Provide guidance on payment options and recommend suitable methods.
• Build trust with debtors to prevent future delinquencies.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Microfinance, Banking, or Fintech operations with exposure to delinquent clients.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Understanding of collection processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
