What you will do

• Manage end-to-end global Server & Cloud Security services and operations in collaboration with managed service providers and vendors.
• Define and improve security concepts, architectures, and processes, including system hardening and identity and access management.
• Select and optimize security tools, focusing on developing and maturing Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align security initiatives with long-term business objectives.
• Ensure operations partners deliver defined services at the expected quality level.
• Oversee the budget for security services, projects, and vendor costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT security with a focus on server and cloud environments.
• Mandatory experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and related security concepts.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong process management and project management skills.

Nice to have

• ITIL knowledge.
• Stakeholder or customer management experience in a cross-functional environment.
• German language proficiency.
