TL;DR
Security Analyst (DevSecOps): Integrating security deeply into development practices and engineering workflows with an accent on CI/CD pipeline automation and secure-by-design principles. Focus on translating security requirements into developer-friendly guardrails, performing SCA/SAST, and enhancing the overall security maturity of software development lifecycles.
Location: Must be based in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
Salary: €5,030–€7,183 gross per month.

What you will do
- Translate security and risk requirements into automated, scalable, and developer-friendly security solutions.
- Design and implement security controls within CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
- Provide hands-on expertise in application security topics like SCA, SAST, and secret scanning.
- Advise engineering teams on secure-by-design practices during solution design.
- Improve security visibility through metrics, dashboards, and reporting in CI/CD ecosystems.
- Mentor less experienced colleagues and drive continuous improvement of DevSecOps capabilities.
Requirements
- Must be located in the Netherlands with the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or DevSecOps.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Expertise in CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub Actions).
- Hands-on experience with application security practices (SCA, SAST, secret management).
Nice to have
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., CDP, CDE, CSSLP).
- Experience with container security and cloud-native environments.
