What you will do

• Innovate within the hirify.global CyberLab by developing new offers and SaaS solutions leveraging AI.
• Manage end-to-end cybersecurity projects or sub-projects for international clients.
• Supervise and mentor junior consultants, validating deliverables and supporting their professional development.
• Deliver certified training sessions and customized awareness coaching via the hirify.global Cyber Institute.
• Develop business proposals and identify new collaboration opportunities with clients.
• Contribute to the firm's expertise through publications, webinars, and representation at professional events.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in a consultancy firm with a focus on cybersecurity.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (Non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted).
• Must have valid work authorization for the Netherlands (no work permit provided).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, or Go.
• Strong knowledge of IP networks, operating systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and cryptography.
